Dogs, especially seniors, often take a few weeks to fully settle into a new sleep surface. We ask for 60 nights before requesting a refund, because that is when the real comfort kicks in.

4. Your refund is on its way.

  3. We encourage you to let your dog use the bed consistently for the full 60 days before requesting a refund, as most dogs take time to settle into a new sleep surface.
  4. To be eligible, you must provide valid proof of purchase such as your order invoice or confirmation email.
  5. Refund requests are only accepted after the completion of the full 60-day trial period. Requests submitted before the 60-day trial is complete will not be eligible, unless the issue is related to a product defect or quality issue.   6. Refund requests must be submitted after the 60-day trial is complete and within 30 calendar days of the trial's end. Requests submitted outside this window may not be eligible.
  7. The Comfort Guarantee applies to first-time orders only. Each customer is eligible for one refund request per lifetime, regardless of the number of orders placed.
  8. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund minus a $50 fee covering original shipping and administrative costs.
