If after 100 days of consistent use your dog still isn’t a fan, you will have 30 days to request a refund. There is no need to send the bed back, you keep it as our thank-you for giving ZNOOZ a try. We will process your refund, minus a $50 fee that covers shipping and administrative costs.

100 days.
2. After the 100-day trial, if the bed still isn’t the right fit, email admin@znoozbeds.com within 30 days to request your refund.
3. Once approved, we will process your refund minus the $50 shipping and admin fee.

No, Only the Orthopedic Dog Bed is covered under the guarantee. The value of any promotional gift or bundle included with the purchase may be deducted from your refund.

- Returns must be completed within 30 calendar days following the end of the 100-day trial period; failure to do so may result in denial of the refund.
- If your order included promotional gifts, they must be returned along with the dog bed. If gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
