Order Processing Time:

Shipping Methods:

  • Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery.
  • Smaller items like covers or accessories may ship via USPS.
  • Expedited shipping is currently unavailable.
  • FedEx Home Delivery requires a physical address (no P.O. Boxes).

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping within the 48 contiguous US states.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • All orders ship from Southern California.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • West Coast: Approx. 2-3 days.
  • Central US: Approx. 3-4 days.
  • East Coast: Approx. 5-6 days.
  • Pre-sale items: Adhere to the expected delivery date listed in the product information.
  • Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur, especially during the holiday season.

Limited Shipping Locations:

  • Currently, we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous US states.
  • Consider using a forwarding service for other locations.

If Your Package Isn't Received:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors first.
  • Allow an additional 24 hours beyond the 'delivered' status, as carriers sometimes mark packages prematurely.
  • Contact us for a trace within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Traces take about 2 business days. Lost packages reported after two weeks are not eligible for replacement.
  • We can send a one-time replacement if the package isn't recovered; no refunds for orders marked as delivered.
  • For secure delivery, consider an alternate address or local FedEx/UPS store pickup.
