The 11-inch depth ensures large and senior dogs' hips, elbows, and shoulders are fully supported through the night without the foam compressing flat under their weight.

Yes. ZNOOZ uses CertiPUR-US certified foam — independently tested to be free of heavy metals, formaldehyde, and prohibited phthalates, with low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions. The certification is renewed annually by an accredited third-party laboratory.

Most waterproof dog beds protect only the outer cover. ZNOOZ uses DualShield™ — a dual-layer system with a waterproof barrier on the outer cover AND a second waterproof barrier wrapping the foam core directly. If the cover is in the wash during an accident, the foam stays dry. This matters because urine-saturated foam cannot be cleaned; once wet, the bed needs replacing. DualShield™ prevents that outcome entirely.

Unzip and remove the outer cover, then machine wash on a cold or warm cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. The waterproof inner cover can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash the foam core. Most customers wash the cover every 1–2 weeks; the foam core stays dry and odour-free thanks to DualShield™.

ZNOOZ offers a 60-day Comfort Guarantee. If after 60 days of consistent use your dog still isn't comfortable on the bed, contact us for a full replacement or refund — no questions asked. The bed also carries a 10-year no-flatten warranty: if the foam ever loses its shape or support within 10 years, we replace it.
